sonnet

Big Fluffy, be my Valentine tonight,
Before the Roquefort moon melts all away,
Before the winking stars fade out of sight
I’ll love you in a Big and Fluffy way.

The bunnies dance a polka on the grass,
The nightingales sing flirty serenades.
The mice sing rugby songs, as bold as brass,
It’s time to shimmy in long boots and shades.

I prithee then, approach, you fluffsome thing,
Come grasp me in those fine, enormous arms,
Let February seem as warm as Spring,
Let me become besotted with your charms.

Big Fluffy I remain forever yours,
As wife and concubine, and Her Indoors.
